Here you will find, yarrow, raspberry leaves, rose hips, dandelion and the womanherb lady’s foot. The motif is hand-drawn with an old-fashioned ink pen and symbolizes a self-loving herbal hug, which gives the collection its name ‘Herbal Hug’. Herbal Hug is only available in Regular Flow in the color Amber.

Put on your Elskbar menstrual underwear like regular underwear. Continue with your daily activities worry-free. When the underwear starts to feel heavy and the blood approaches the elastic of the wedge, it’s time to change. Out of the house? Bring an extra pair. The used underwear can be stored in a small Elskbar wetbag until you get home. Rinse the underwear in cold water before washing them in the washing machine. Wash at a maximum of 40 degrees. The period underwear can easily become clean as long as they are rinsed free of blood before washing. Hang them to dry. Now they’re ready to give you a hug again and again and again. Start by testing the concept with 2-3 pairs of period underwear. You can add more later when you experience how comfortable they are.
