Elskbar’s high-waisted period underwear are simple and beautifully designed down to the smallest detail. There is a small logo and a thin, soft elastic. No synthetic materials or erotic details, but natural softness, warmth and love for your menstruating body. Elskbar Regular Flow is suitable for you with moderate bleeding and can hold up to 30 ml of liquid. They’re great for daytime use, and you can easily do sports, bike, work, and do your daily tasks while wearing them. The absorbent piece is the same size as a standard pad and has the softest bamboo velour surface and two absorbent layers of bamboo terry as the core. Regular Flow can also be used for light incontinence.

The materials are carefully selected to protect the environment and your skin in the best possible way. The primary fabric of the panties is the silky soft and environmentally friendly TENCEL™, which is made of wood fibers. The absorbent layers in the wedge are made of the softest bamboo, which will let your skin breathe, is antibacterial and a super absorbent material. We’ve added a layer of waterproof material called TPU that is breathable, which prevents blood from leaking, so you can feel completely safe.

The elastics are designed to be comfortable and gentle without leaving marks and tightening around your menstruating stomach.

Continue with your daily activities without any worries. When the panties start to feel heavy and the blood approaches the elastic in the gusset, it’s time to change.
Out of the house? Bring an extra pair. The used panties can be stored in a small Elskbar wetbag until you get home again.
Rinse the panties in cold water before washing them in the washing machine.
Wash at a maximum of 40 degrees. The menstrual panties can easily be clean as long as they are rinsed free of blood before washing.
Hang them to dry.

Tip: Start by testing the concept with 2-3 pairs of panties. You can add more later when you experience how comfortable they are. The optimal number of panties is between 7 and 10 pieces, depending on how often you change and wash.
